* What shipping method does mooi use?
mooi products will be sent to you using Spain's Mail Service (Correos). In order to provide the most budget-friendly prices, the default shipping payment contemplated at checkout is ordinary mail.
* How long until I receive my order?
We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Products should arrive to you within 7-10 business days. However, if you wish to be able to track your order, there is also the option of having your purchases sent to you via Registered Mail. Please, just contact me and I will arrange the shipping method that suits you best.
* Am I elegible to free shipping?
Yes! Orders in Spain over 60€ are entitled to free shipping.
* What exactly do your shipping fees cover?
Packing, handling and postage. For shipments susceptible to customs payment, the recipient is obliged to pay the required customs fees in order to receive the goods. In no case, will these fees be paid by mooi.
* What forms of payments can I use?
All payments will be made using PayPal, the easiest and safest way of making money transfers through the internet. If you do not have a PayPal account, do not worry, you can still purchase mooi things in the PayPal page with your card details.
* Do you accept returns?
I am sorry, but generally we will not accept returns, unless there has been some kind of mistake on mooi’s behalf.

* Qué tipo de envíos hace mooi?
Los productos mooi serán enviados mediante Correos. Con tal de ofrecer la opción de envío más económica, en checkout será el servicio de envío ordinario por defecto.
* Cuánto tardará en llegar mi pedido?
Procuraremos que recibas tu pedido lo antes posible. Deberías recibir tu compra en un plazo de 7-10 días laborables. No obstante, si prefieres tener la opción de localizar tu pedido, existe la posibilidad de enviar el pedido mediante Correo Certificado. Por favor, no dudes en contactarme para que nos pongamos de acuerdo en el método de envío que más te convenga.
* Hay promociones para conseguir que el envío sea gratuito?
Pedidos superiores a 60€ difrutaran del envío gratuito en España.
* Exactamente que cubren los gastos de envío?
Empaquetar, manipular y enviar. El comprador se hará cargo del pago de la tasa de aduanas en el caso de aquellos pedidos susceptibles de tener que pagar dicha tasa para llegar a su destinatario. En ningún caso mooi se hará cargo de esta tasa.
* Qué modo de pago puedo utilizar?
Todos los pagos se hacen mediante Paypal, la forma más sencilla y segura de hacer transferencias online. Si no dispones de una cuenta Paypal, no te preocupes, todavía puedes comprar productos mooi con tu tarjeta. Ponte en contacto para más detalles.
* Aceptáis devoluciones?
Lo sentimos, pero generalmente no se aceptaran devoluciones, a menos que haya habido algún tipo de error por parte de mooi.
